Waiver / Indemnity waiver of rights – Horse Riding events are known to be a hazardous and dangerous sport and can results in serious injury to rider, horse and other persons. I acknowledge that I/We am/are fully aware of these risks and voluntarily submit and expose myself tot he same. I/we confirm that I/we have sufficient experience and ability to participate in the competition at wexford ec I am entering for/ on behalf of. I/We waive any entitlement to claim against the school and/or its officers or the organising committee and/or the owners and employees of the same. or the board of trustees and any of the aforementioned bodies, for the recovery of damages or for any other redress for personal injury , loss or damage to and such an accident while I/we am/are attending or participating in the competitions or events held at wexford equestrian.
